VDS goes creative in May!!

ESSARP Creative Writing Competitions

On May 11^th and May 30^th eight of our students took part in these yearly contests in which writers show their ability to use language effectively in order to create stories and expository essays.

• On-line Creative Writing Competition

The on-line Creative Writing competition took place on May 11^th. It was our first experience going on-line but students embraced the challenge with courage, confidence and loads of imagination!  Congratulations to our digital writers  Mateo Santana, Alvaro Badoza, Milena Castro, Aylin Prieto Bada, Sofía Pagniez Gilardoni, Giuliana Pía Balzola, Pedro Santana y María Victoria Brardo.

• Creative Writing Competition at St. Brigid’s School

The contest, which took place on May 30^th, was a wonderful experience in which primary and secondary school students at VDS had the chance to spend some time with students of other schools and share not only their experiences but also delicious homemade cakes and cold drinks. Thanks St Brigid’s for your warm hospitality! And congratulations to Cordelia Gabrielli, Abril Freitas, Serena Rodriguez Cruz, Agustina Ramos, Lucia Branc, Miranda Buitrago, Mila Langone and Luisina Bertolaccin for taking on the challenge with confidence and joy.
