Stories here, stories there… stories everywhere!
June has been an eventful and exciting month at school! To begin with, first, second and third form watched JUNGLE LIFE, a lovely version of The Jungle Book, by On The Road company. The children danced and sang all along , their faces beaming with excitement.
Soon afterwards, the Book Fair opened its door to welcome children to the amazing world of stories and words. Parents also joined in, and some dared to tell children a story and embark on an imaginary voyage of images, letters and sounds. Children had a wonderful time having parents as teachers for a day!
But this was not all! Students from fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh form listened to wonderful stories by Clive Pig, a storyteller from Devon, England, who enthralled children with his musical stories from all over the world.
Last but not least, sixth form was delighted by their outing to the Maipo theatre, where they enjoyed an outstanding production of Marco Polo by the Stage Company.
We would like you to peep at these wonderful experiences by looking at the photographs of children enjoying these unforgettable moments.
